Room Check-in time 3:00PM PST; Check-out time 11:00AM PST.
Guests will be assessed $30.00 late check-out fee if the check-out happens between 11:00AM and 3:00PM PST or a full night's rent if the check-out happens after 3:00PM PST.
Late check-out fee should be paid by 11.00AM PST to avail late check-out status. Failure to pay and avail Late Check-out status may cause eviction.
Rooms may be booked on line through hotelgalaxyvegas.com or by calling Hotel Galaxy directly at 702-778-7600 or through any other booking engine.
Rooms booked on line through hotelgalaxyvegas.com website or by phone or through any other booking engine with the first night's rent pre-paid, are guaranteed till 6:00AM PST day after the date of arrival. After 6:00AM PST of the next day of the arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited for No Show.
Rooms booked on line through the hotelgalaxyvegas.com website or by phone or through any other booking engine without paying the first night's rent will be on ON-HOLD status (but Not Guaranteed Status and will be charged the first night's rent a day prior to the arrival (24 Hours) at 3:00PM PST to the credit card number provided at the time of booking the room and the room will be moved from ON-HOLD status to GUARANTEED. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to Check-In time, the reservation will remain on ON-HOLD status. (Reservations on On-Hold status do not guarantee a room upon arrival).
Rooms booked on line through the hotelgalaxyvegas.com website or by phone or through any other booking engine without paying the first night's rent or providing the credit card details will remain on ON-HOLD status.
At the time of check-in Hotel will collect $30.00 deposit which will be refunded at the time of check-out if the guest.
Returns the room in good condition without any damage to the property, furniture or equipment.
Checks out by 11:00AM PST.
Honors the rental agreement-
By not allowing any unregistered guests into the room (Rooms are rented only to the renter and to the renter's registered roommates with copies of current IDs which are provided by a State or a country provided to the Front Desk staff at the time of Check-in or before permitting a guest inside the room).
By not having pets in the room (Hotel Galaxy does not permit pets inside the room except for Service Dogs. A dog is considered as service dog only if the dog is registered with the USSDR and has an approved tag provided by the society).
By not using room to conduct any illegal business activity under the Nevada Law.
By not smoking in a Non-Smoking room.
By honoring all swimming pool rules.
